Each blend we create features natural kelp, abundant in iodine and trace minerals, helping to reconnect the body with what modern diets have stripped away. Our mineral-rich sea salt, sacred spices blends, and teas honor ancestral wisdom while addressing today’s wellness needs.

Every Sunday, my family gathers around the table. My children, my siblings, their kids, my mom, my in-laws, everyone finds a seat, no matter how crowded the kitchen gets. For us, Sunday dinner isn't just about the food; it's about memories, laughter, and passing down traditions. In our home, it is where the stories flow as freely as the food, often seasoned with our favorite sea salt and enhanced with sacred spices from our unique blends and teas. The concept of sacred salt was born out of these moments, because when we season with love and the right minerals, every dish becomes nourishment for both the body and the soul. May your Sunday be full of laughter, flavor, and time well spent with people who matter the most.
Sunday dinner doesn’t have to be extravagant; it’s about enjoying a meal together and cherishing family time.
Main Dish: Pan-Seared Steak
2–4 ribeye, sirloin, or strip steaks (depending on family size)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Sea Salt Sacred Spices Blends Teas (or your favorite Sacred Salt blend)
Instructions:
Pat steaks dry and season generously with your chosen Sea Salt Sacred Spices Blends Teas, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet (cast iron works best if you have one).
Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time to meet your preference.
Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Bacon & Pea Salad
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
½ cup mayo (or Greek yogurt for a lighter twist)
1 tsp Sea Salt Sacred Spices Blends Teas Kelp Me Out
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Mix peas, bacon, cheddar, and red onion in a bowl.
Stir in mayo, along with the Sea Salt Sacred Spices Blends Teas and black pepper, until well combined.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
